In this role, you will help define and deliver the next generation of AI-driven planning and analytics experiences for enterprise users. You will shape interfaces, orchestration layers, and configuration tools that make advanced AI capabilities intuitive, secure, and scalable. Working closely with engineering, design, and data science teams, you will build foundational product experiences that power AI-enabled workflows, including emerging agentic capabilities. You will translate complex AI use cases into user-friendly solutions that empower both technical and non-technical audiences. - Accountabilities
- Define, prioritize, and deliver roadmap initiatives related to AI configuration tooling, in partnership with engineering, design, and data science teams.
- Translate complex generative AI and agent-based capabilities into intuitive interfaces and workflows for administrators and business users.
- Design experiences supporting AI orchestration, prompt management, configuration settings, and behavioral controls within enterprise environments.
- Develop user journeys that allow customers to configure, manage, and scale AI functionality through console experiences, workflow automation, and natural language interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Pre-sales, and expert teams to expand AI use cases across planning applications.
- Contribute to documentation, demos, and enablement content that supports customer onboarding and adoption.
- Support foundational infrastructure and product components required to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable AI experiences.
- Requirements
- Experience as a product manager working in enterprise SaaS environments, ideally with AI or ML-driven products.
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build technical and user-centric product features.
- Familiarity with platform experiences, configuration tools, or admin consoles aimed at enabling non-technical users.
- Exposure to generative AI, large language models, or agentic frameworks is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of AI orchestration concepts, prompt design, or workflow automation.
- Ability to break down ambiguous, complex systems into clear, usable, and scalable product experiences.
- Strong product mindset balancing innovation with practicality, customer value, and usability.
