👩💻 The Role We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Headout. You’ll work with design, engineering, and operations to build features that improve how customers discover, book, and experience travel. As we scale from 5,000 to 50,000 experiences across 500 cities, we’re expanding our product pods across Discovery and Customer Experience. Discovery Help users easily find the right experiences by improving navigation, filters, and information design. Collaborate closely with design to identify friction in the discovery flow and propose solutions. Validate and iterate on new ideas quickly through experiments and user feedback. Balance short-term feature wins with long-term architecture and monetization strategy. Customer Experience Improve the post-booking experience through better communication, support tools, and user education. Use data and user research to identify pain points and reduce friction across the customer journey. Work on retention initiatives — reducing churn, increasing rebookings, and boosting NPS. Ensure customers get a consistent, delightful experience every time they use Headout 💝 What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of product management experience in a B2C tech company (e-commerce or travel preferred). You’ve shipped features end-to-end — from defining the problem to launching and measuring impact. Strong analytical thinking; you’re comfortable navigating data and breaking down ambiguity. Experience working in fast-paced teams that iterate quickly. You write clearly and can communicate ideas with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
