Product Management Specialist

Position description:

Product Management is a part of our Value Acceleration Process, where the incumbent will be working on the operational and pricing strategy for the Specialty portfolio, ensuring efficient product management and market competitiveness.

Primary Responsibilities:

• To monitor demand planning efficiency and ensure optimal pricing strategies.
• To align and execute new product launches in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• To close daily operational issues effectively while maintaining process efficiency.
• To prepare and analyse reports for key performance indicators and business insights.
• To work closely with supply planners and sourcing teams for product prioritization on a case-to-case basis.
• To track Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) and support financial decision-making.
• To develop presentations for Board meetings, highlighting specialty product performance and strategic initiatives.
• To serve as a single point of contact for TRI K and GSA regarding products manufactured at GSL.
• To mentor and develop junior team members for professional growth and capability development.

Educational qualifications preferred

• Degree:

  MBA/CA/BE Chemical

• Field specialization:

  Finance & Operations/Business Commercials
