What would you do?
The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for enabling effective execution of product initiatives, supporting channel strategies and ensuring seamless activation across multiple sales and distribution channels. This role focuses on product portfolio management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives. The specialist plays a key role in optimizing processes, managing product data systems, and supporting decision-making through timely reporting and stakeholder collaboration across regions (USA, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean and Central America, South America)
What are we looking for?
Strong understanding of channel activation principles and best practices. Proficiency in data analysis software, and project management platforms. Knowledge of compliance standards, label management, and portfolio governance. Ability to analyse performance data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to navigate complex systems and processes. Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and changing priorities Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and relationship-building. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience 3-5 years of experience in channel activation, sales support, or marketing. Experience with cross-functional coordination and working with external partners. Experience with compliance processes, and data management systems is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of product and label changes, product launches, product geo-extensions, ensuring timely market readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements. Drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, supply chain, regulatory, and external partners to ensure aligned execution. Facilitate regular product reviews and performance discussions with key stakeholders to drive portfolio and channel efficiency. Monitor and support initiatives related to brand portfolio health, including rationalization and inventory management. Oversee the creation and tracking of purchase orders and goods receipts related to marketing and product activation activities. Ensure all processes & activities adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational policies., Any Graduation
