Role Overview
Seeking a
Configuration Lead – Product Implementation (Healthcare Domain)
to lead and deliver end-to-end client product implementations. The role involves driving delivery excellence, ensuring timely execution, and guiding the configuration team toward successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of product implementation plans ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.
- Guide and mentor a team of Implementation Engineers or Configuration Analysts.
- Identify and resolve risks or dependencies during implementation.
- Build and refine reusable assets, tools, and templates.
- Estimate efforts, define ETAs, and ensure compliance with delivery SLAs.
- Act as a bridge between clients, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Handle client demos, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support cross-functional coordination across configuration, integration, conversion, and testing teams.
- Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams, including sprint demos and environment promotions.
Key Performance Indicators
- Timely and successful client product implementations.
- Improved client satisfaction and reduced grievances.
- Achievement of quarterly/yearly OKRs.

Mandatory Skills
- Healthcare Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of healthcare business processes (Claims, Clinical Operations, Payor systems).
- Product Implementation Leadership: Experience leading enterprise-scale implementations.
- Configuration Management: Expertise in designing and configuring Core Admin systems for healthcare platforms.
- Agile Delivery: Hands-on experience in agile sprints, backlog refinement, and planning.
- Team Leadership: Experience mentoring or managing a team.
- Technical Knowledge:
- DevOps, CI/CD, and build/deploy tools
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Communication Skills: Strong client-facing verbal and written communication.
- Quality & Compliance: Understanding of configuration best practices, code reviews, and automation.
- Documentation & Reporting: Proficiency in maintaining environments, tracking activities, and providing status updates.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HealthRules Payor or similar healthcare platforms.
- Exposure to configuration promotion across multiple environments.
- Understanding of healthcare integration and conversion workflows.
- Prior consulting or client-facing implementation experience.
