Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership

• Lead multiple high-impact projects aimed at digitizing customer journeys and improving in-store and online experiences.
  

Product Development & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product features and roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, QA, and Business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct product walkthroughs, sprint planning sessions, and regular status reviews to align development efforts with strategic goals.
• Continuously assess product performance using data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and user experiences.
  

Customer Insights & Research

• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to guide product prioritization and feature enhancements.
  

Data-Driven Optimization

• Monitor product performance and leverage analytics to iteratively improve product accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  

Agile Methodologies

• Implement Agile frameworks to enable efficient, iterative development and rapid adaptation to market changes.
  

Budget & Resource Management

• Manage project budgets and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery within defined financial parameters.
• Oversee inventory management across locations, ensuring real-time stock accuracy.
  

Qualifications

• MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex digital products.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with product and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
