Position:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business growth through Panel Builders, Contractors, End Users, and Channel Partners
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior decision-makers
  • Achieve monthly order targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle
  • Develop and implement channel growth strategies and revenue initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and processes

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred
  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in Industrial Products
  • Strong experience working with panel builders, contractors, and government accounts
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong strategic and consultative selling abilities
  • Good technical understanding of Industrial Products
  • Leadership and team management capability
