Product Executive – Short & Long-Haul Travel

What You’ll Do

Product Support & Coordination: Assist in developing and managing short and long-haul tour products — from supplier coordination, pricing support, and documentation, to updating content and product listings.

Market Research Assistance: Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to help identify travel trends, customer preferences, and opportunities in regional and international travel.

Supplier & Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and transport partners to collect rates, maintain updated contracts, and ensure timely communication of service requirements.

Sales Support: Prepare package details, pricing guides, and training materials for sales teams to help them drive conversions across product lines.

Margin & Inventory Monitoring: Support the product manager in tracking discounting, inventory, and pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

Channel Updates: Work closely with the marketing and digital teams to update product details, pricing, and availability across online platforms.

Performance Tracking: Assist in compiling reports on key metrics such as sales, margins, and customer feedback, and share insights for product improvements.

Operational Assistance: Provide backend and coordination support during peak travel periods to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

1–2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in product support, contracting, or sales coordination.

Basic understanding of tour packaging, pricing, and supplier interactions.

Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Good communication skills for liaising with vendors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.

Familiarity with MS Excel, travel distribution systems (e.g., GDS, APIs), or willingness to learn.

A collaborative attitude with eagerness to learn and grow in the travel product domain.
