Product Documentation & Enablement Lead

• Developer and product walkthroughs
• In-product help guides, tooltips, and onboarding flows
• Customer-facing resources, case studies, and marketing materials

What You’ll Do

• Technical Documentation

• Write and maintain

  software architecture docs

  , API references, and developer-facing guides.
• Document

  system workflows

  for internal teams and external partners.

• Product Walkthroughs & Guides

• Create

  step-by-step product walkthroughs

  , tutorials, and onboarding content.
• Build

  in-software help guides, FAQs, and tooltips

  to make the product self-explanatory.

• Enablement & Communication

• Collaborate with marketing to produce

  technical yet accessible collateral

  (case studies, whitepapers, explainer content).
• Assist sales/customer teams with

  product-focused presentations and guides

  .

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work directly with

  senior developers

  to capture accurate technical details.
• Partner with the

  founder

  to align documentation and enablement with product vision and go-to-market strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong technical background (CS/Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Proven ability to

  understand complex software systems

  (ad-tech experience a strong plus).
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication skills

  — clarity, precision, and storytelling.
• Experience with

  technical writing tools

  (Markdown, Git-based docs, Confluence, Notion, etc.).
• Familiarity with

  front-end/back-end systems (MERN, NestJS, Deno)

  to document effectively.
• Ability to produce content for

  both technical and non-technical audiences

  .
• Bonus: prior experience in

  SaaS, Ad-Tech, or Performance Marketing domains

  .
