Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Development Manager located in Pune. The Product Development Manager will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market research, defining product roadmaps, and aligning development with business objectives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving research and development (R&D) efforts, and supporting sales by crafting product strategies that address market needs. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative and customer-centric products.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Product Management, including the ability to plan and execute product development roadmaps
• Experience in Market Research and Research and Development (R&D), with a focus on identifying and addressing customer needs
• Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decision-making and optimize product performance
• Understanding of Sales processes and the ability to align product strategies with marketing and sales objectives
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the ERP or technology industry is a plus
