Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Product Development Manager to join our growing teams in Manali and Dharamshala . This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing the end-to-end development of travel products , optimizing existing offerings, and ensuring every package meets market trends and client expectations. The role requires close coordination with Sales and Marketing teams to design unique travel experiences that stand out in the market. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify new trends, destinations, and product opportunities. Develop creative and competitive travel packages across domestic and international destinations. Coordinate with the Sales Team to align products with customer needs and pricing strategies. Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure strong product branding, digital presentation, and promotional success. Manage the product lifecycle — from concept to launch — ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Evaluate customer feedback and competitor insights to refine product offerings. Collaborate with the operations team and local suppliers to ensure smooth execution and cost optimization. Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong analytical and market research capabilities. Background in Product Development, R&D, or Tourism Management . Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field . Prior experience in a travel company or DMC preferred.
