Role Description

Product Development Manager

full-time, on-site role

close coordination with Sales and Marketing teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  market research

  to identify new trends, destinations, and product opportunities.
• Develop

  creative and competitive travel packages

  across domestic and international destinations.
• Coordinate with the

  Sales Team

  to align products with customer needs and pricing strategies.
• Work closely with the

  Marketing Team

  to ensure strong product branding, digital presentation, and promotional success.
• Manage the

  product lifecycle

  — from concept to launch — ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Evaluate customer feedback and competitor insights to refine product offerings.
• Collaborate with the operations team and local suppliers to ensure smooth execution and cost optimization.
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  

Qualifications

• Strong

  analytical and market research

  capabilities.
• Background in

  Product Development, R&D, or Tourism Management

  .
• Experience working with

  Sales and Marketing

  teams.
• Excellent

  organizational and project management

  skills.
• Strong

  communication and interpersonal

  abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field

  .
• Prior experience in a

  travel company or DMC

  preferred.
• Ability to work

  on-site in Manali or Dharamshala

  .
