Oracle HCM Consultant

As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor to configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Your role will involve leading the functional aspects of the system development life cycle for various projects, both large and small. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide training and support to system users as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the functional aspects of the system development life cycle for large projects and small enhancements. - Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, and related applications. - Provide training and support to system users as necessary. - Analyze and resolve client-reported issues promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery. - Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and budgeting. - Develop and implement programs consisting of multiple cross-functional projects. - Contribute to client discussions and work proactively on effective solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor. - Strong understanding of HR functions and processes. - Experience with system configuration and business process requirements. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work autonomously and lead a team. Desired Skills: - Knowledge of best practices in HRMS business processes. - Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM modules. - Ability to design and execute tests and implementations. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,
