We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 6+ years of experience. Should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying automated business processes using Oracle’s cloud-based automation tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in BPMN 2.0 modeling, web form development, integration, and DevOps within the Oracle ecosystem. Responsibilities: 1. Process Modeling (BPMN 2.0): Design business workflows using BPMN 2.0 in Oracle Process Automation. Implement task types including Human Task, Service Task, and Script Task. Configure various gateway types (Exclusive, Parallel, Inclusive) and event types (Start, End, Timer, Error). 2. Web Form Development: Build dynamic and responsive web forms using Oracle’s Web Form Designer. Customize user interactions using JavaScript for validations and logic. Apply basic HTML/CSS for layout and styling enhancements. 3. Business Data Management: Work with Business Objects to manage structured data within OPA. Define and use variable scopes: Application, Process, and Activity. Develop expressions to map and transform data across tasks. 4. Service Integration: Integrate external systems via REST and SOAP APIs. Set up and configure service connectors with proper input/output mappings. Implement secure API calls using OAuth2, Basic Authentication, etc. 5. Error & Exception Handling: Design robust and fault-tolerant process flows. Implement error handling mechanisms such as Boundary Events, Compensation Flows, and Catch Events. 6. Process Lifecycle & DevOps: Manage deployments across environments using OPA Composer. Maintain version control and configuration. (Optional) Automate CI/CD pipelines using Oracle REST APIs. 7. Debugging & Testing: Utilize built-in debugging tools for instance tracking, audit trails, and data inspection. Write and execute test cases with simulated data to ensure process accuracy. 8. Security & Access Control: Configure roles and access permissions for human tasks. Integrate security with Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) for authentication and authorization. Qualifications Proven experience in Oracle Process Automation or Oracle Integration Cloud. Solid understanding of BPMN 2.0 standards and best practices. Hands-on experience in web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Strong understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and secure API design. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools in the Oracle ecosystem. Good Communication skill.
