As a Senior Architect at Wipro Limited, your role is to create exceptional architectural solution designs and provide thought leadership to enable delivery teams to achieve exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests in existing deals, ensuring scalability, reliability, and manageability of systems - Provide solutioning for RFPs from clients and ensure overall design assurance - Analyze technology environment, client requirements, and enterprise specifics to set a collaboration solution design framework - Define target state solutions, articulate architectural targets, recommendations, and propose investment roadmaps - Collaborate with sales, program/project, and consulting teams to reconcile solutions to architecture - Provide technical and strategic input during project planning phase - Enable delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutions and frameworks - Manage multiple projects and accurately report status of major assignments - Identify risks and prepare risk mitigation plans for projects - Recommend tools for reuse and automation to improve productivity - Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise framework and related artifacts - Ensure architecture principles and standards are consistently applied to all projects - Support pre-sales team in presenting solution design to clients - Develop Proof of Concepts, case studies, demos for new growth areas - Develop and present Wipro's point of view on solution design through white papers, blogs, etc. - Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects for career development - Anticipate talent requirements, hire adequate resources, and ensure talent management within the team - Set goals, conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and drive engagement initiatives for the team **Qualifications Required:** - Mandatory Skills: Oracle Fusion HCM - Global HR - Experience: 8-10 Years At Wipro, we are building a modern organization with bold ambitions for digital transformation.
