Oracle HCM Consultant

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Data Management (techno-functional) Consultant with a minimum of 5+ years of experience, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Exposure to HR/OTL/Benefits/Recruitment modules and deeper technical experience. - Thorough hands-on experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, and Data Models. - Expertise in writing Fast Formulas, EL expressions, Personalization. - Solid expertise in SQL (at least 3 years). - Execution of at least 2 implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly in the Data Migration area. - Highly preferred exposure to HCM extract. - Good working background in API management. - Solid exposure to Fusion HCM Security concepts. - At least 2 years of experience working through Agile Project Management model. - Demonstrated go-getter attitude and strong collaborative mindset. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Exposure to working in highly matrixed setups of Global MNCs. Qualifications Required: - B.Sc Computer Science Graduate or Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) / PGDBM.
