You should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Data Management (techno-functional) Consultant. A B.Sc Computer Science Graduate, Engineering Graduate, Master of Computer Applications (MCA), or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) / PGDBM would be suitable educational backgrounds. Your expertise should include exposure to HR/OTL/Benefits/Recruitment modules and deeper technical experience. It is essential to have thorough hands-on experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, and Data Models, as well as expertise in writing Fast Formulas, EL expressions, and Personalization. Solid expertise in SQL (at least 3 years) is required, along with a minimum of 2 implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly in the Data Migration area. Exposure to HCM extract is highly preferred, and a good working background in API management is necessary. Additionally, you should have solid exposure to Fusion HCM Security concepts and at least 2 years of experience working through the Agile Project Management model. As a candidate, you should be a go-getter with a strong collaborative mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. Furthermore, having good exposure to working in a highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs would be beneficial.
