Product Designer

As a Product Designer for our B2B SaaS platform, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience to drive adoption, activation, and long-term retention. Your work will directly impact the growth trajectory of our platform and enhance the experience of users across various markets. Key Responsibilities: - Own and optimize the end-to-end UX across key SaaS touchpoints like onboarding, dashboards, upgrades, account setup, and in-product nudges. - Define and map user journeys, including edge cases, to ensure seamless and intuitive experiences. - Translate complex privacy and compliance features into user-friendly interfaces. - Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma or Sketch. - Collaborate closely with frontend developers to guide UI implementation and ensure design fidelity. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs. - Perform competitor analysis and heuristic evaluations to identify opportunities for UX improvements. - Collaborate with product and growth teams to define experience metrics and track the impact of UX enhancements. Requirements: - 5+ years of UX design experience, with at least 1 year in B2B SaaS, focusing on complex workflows and data-rich interfaces. - Deep understanding of growth metrics and the impact of UX on signups, activation, retention, and upsells. - Proficient in qualitative and quantitative UX research to inform and validate design decisions. - Strong communication skills, capable of justifying design choices with data and user insights across teams. - Collaborative, feedback-oriented, and committed to continuous learning in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Bonus Points: - Experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments. - Familiarity with privacy, security, or compliance SaaS platforms. - Understanding of i18n, accessibility standards, and multi-region design considerations.,
