The Role

proactive and skilled UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of design deliverables across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate technical energy workflows into clear and efficient user journeys.
• Design accessible, responsive UIs compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specs for developers.
• Work closely with Product & Engineering, providing feedback and ensuring high-quality implementation.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for scalability.
• Participate in QA to maintain design integrity in the final product.

Requirements

• 4+ years

  of proven experience in UI/UX design, ideally with complex or data-heavy digital products.
• Strong portfolio with examples of end-to-end design work for responsive web and mobile apps.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating remotely.
• Ability to lead tasks, make design decisions, and provide constructive feedback.
• Advanced skills in

  Figma

  and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/Sketch.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus for collaborating with engineering teams.
• Experience in EV, energy, or grid management domains is an advantage (not mandatory).
• Must be available to work
