Who are we and what do we do?

Digio is a fast growing, profitable product (also funded) startup based in Bangalore. It was founded in 2016 by ex-Flipkart, Twitter folks, playing a key role in India’s Digital story. The company is building software platforms and products to power business processes, to go paperless and digital in order to bring down cost overheads, time involved in erstwhile offline business processes, thereby being instrumental in increasing operational efficacy and human productivity along with enabling presence-less digital reach and super rich end user experience.

Digio offers end to end Digital onboarding from KYC (e.g. - Video KYC, DigiLocker, ID card OCR with Verification APIs, AML, Face Match etc.), Sign and Docs (e.g. Forms, Agreements, eStamping, eSignatures etc.) along with recurring payments (e.g. eNACH, UPI, etc.). These digital journeys are built over IndiaStack and leverages AI/ML to simplify the digital transactions.

Digio is the market leader in India for Digital onboarding and has played a key role so far in enabling Digital Transformation in India by empowering a large part of the Indian eco-system, specifically the Fintech sector of India. As a UX Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Understanding how various user cohorts use a product, mapping out their flows while, identifying their pain points

- Articulating design changes with a clear rationale in line with user personas and target product metric improvements

- Designing interfaces for multiple user segments, influencing user interactions across web and mobile platforms

- Reviewing technical feasibility and implementation timeline in line with Product & Engineering architecture

- Simplifying complex product interfaces

- Coming up with super simple and comprehensible end user messaging

- Making the products a delight to use

- Working with product and engineering team to track the deliverables

You are:

- experienced in B2B SAAS product design with min. 4-6 yrs relevant experience

- a believer in making things simple, and love solving problems for users

- skilled in articulate and crisp messaging

- efficient in iteratively working on user interface designs

- detailed oriented, un-compromising when it comes to adhering to design specifications

- skilled in using design tools eg: Figma / Canva
