Top 3 Daily Tasks:

• Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle—from research, wireframing, and prototyping to delivering high-fidelity, production-ready designs.
• Guide and mentor a team of designers, fostering alignment with the company's vision and ensuring world-class design outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—product, engineering, and business—to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.

Minimum Work Experience Required:

8–10 years of experience designing consumer-facing B2C products (FinTech, EdTech, HealthTech, E-commerce, etc.), including 3+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.

Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:

• Proven track record in leading and scaling design teams while maintaining high creative and execution standards.
• Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles, with mastery in tools like

  Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

  , etc.
• Strong portfolio that reflects both design strategy and pixel-perfect execution.
• Experience with behavioral analytics tools (e.g.,

  Mixpanel, GA, Hotjar

  ) to inform and iterate design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Excellence:

• Work hand-in-hand with engineering and product teams to maintain design quality throughout implementation.
• Lead and champion design thinking practices across the organization to elevate problem-solving.
• Align business goals with user needs to ensure product success and usability.
