About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key accounts through proactive design and product execution.
• Develop and implement business plans focused on design-led product development.
• Collaborate with customers to understand product requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Lead coordination between design, production, and cross-functional teams for timely project delivery.
• Use analytical insights and market trends to refine product offerings and identify new opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement in product development and design processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in Key Account Management within a design or product-focused industry.
• Strong background in product design and development execution.
• Excellent client management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Analytical and strategic mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed design institute (NIFT, NID, IIGJ, or equivalent) is mandatory.
• 7–12 years of relevant experience in a similar or allied industry.
