Key Metrics: - 75 Million bank statements processed annually - 3 Trillion in loans processed for Banks & Financial Institutions per year - 1.5 Trillion API requests processed annually - 200+ Infosec audits per year - 0 Infosec violations since inception - 99.9% Uptime with 0 SLA violations What You'll Do: - Lead end-to-end design for key products, from discovery through delivery - Gather input, validate ideas, and manage feedback loops through collaboration with internal teams and external clients - Present design thinking with clarity, confidence, and empathy - Structure product flows using strong information architecture and interaction design - Push design quality by providing detailed feedback and driving standards - Contribute to streamlining the design process using AI tools Must-Haves: - 6+ years of experience in product/UX design with at least 1 year leading products / projects - Strong portfolio showcasing ownership of complex features or products - Proven strength in interaction design, information architecture, and facilitation - Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative environments Nice-to-Haves: - Experience in enterprise or B2B2C platforms, ideally in fintech or SaaS - Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design - Comfort with mapping complex workflows and user journeys - Experience in exploring or implementing AI-assisted design workflows What We Value: - Strategic thinking with a hands-on, detail-focused execution style - Empathy for both users and teammates - Ability to lead without authority and bring clarity in ambiguity - Growth mindset and eagerness to uplift others - A proactive approach toward experimenting with and integrating AI into design practice,
