Product Design Manager

Job Description As a Product Design Manager - Electric 2Wheeler, your role will involve: - Designing & developing new high-speed 2-wheeler and new platform of electric 2-wheeler. - Productionizing new high-speed 2 wheelers within the planned budget. - Streamlining product quality by implementing processes. - Developing systems for field feedback and improvement. - Initiating the NPD (New Product Development) process and developing variants. - Studying regulations and preparing/implementing actions to meet them. - Proposing new products & technology and selecting the right vendors. - Setting up R&D structure and team for efficient operations. Qualifications Required: - BE Mechanical degree. - 8-10 years of experience in the automobile and EV-automobile industry. - Knowledge of CAD software such as CATIA and Creo for part modeling, drafting, assembly, system layouts & vehicle level layouts. - Familiarity with software tools like Windchill (PDM), Enovia (PLM), ATIS, Hyper mesh & CAE analysis. Please note that the job location is at the plant in New Raipur - CG, and the CTC offered is up to 15LPA. The desired industry experience is 9 - 15 years in the Pharma / R&D / Biotech sector.
