The Product Design Manager - Electric 2Wheeler will be responsible for designing and developing new high-speed 2-wheelers and platforms of electric 2-wheelers. You will oversee the productionization of these vehicles while ensuring they are within the planned budget. It will be your duty to streamline product quality by implementing efficient processes and systems for field feedback and improvement. Initiating the New Product Development (NPD) process, developing variants, and studying regulations for compliance are also crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be involved in selecting the right vendors, establishing an R&D structure and team, and implementing necessary actions to meet regulations. In terms of software skills, you should have awareness and proficiency in CAD software such as CATIA and Creo for part modeling, drafting, assembly, system layouts, and vehicle level layouts. Knowledge of tools like Windchill, Enovia, Hyper mesh, and CAE analysis will also be essential for this position.
