Product Deployment Quality Engineer

to join our implementation and solutions team. In this role, you will ensure high-quality delivery and performance of large-scale asset and inventory tracking solutions deployed across diverse industries and operational environments. You will work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to validate deployments, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve solution reliability and user experience.This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world IoT implementations, enterprise-scale deployments, and cutting-edge technology used across thousands of operational sites. Key Responsibilities

Validate solution deployments to ensure successful implementation and operational functionality across customer sites.Perform functional and performance testing, document results, and drive issue resolution.Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with engineering teams to recommend fixes.Create process documentation, test reports, and improvement recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate with customer teams to support deployment readiness, configuration, and onboarding.Contribute to continuous product improvements that enhance reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction.Partner with operations, engineering, and field teams to support seamless deployments and post-implementation success.

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to investigation and resolution.Basic knowledge of

JavaScript, Python, or SQL

(preferred but not mandatory).Ability to clearly document findings, processes, and technical workflows.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Strong willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take ownership in high-growth environments.Passion for technology and interest in IoT-based real-world solutions.
