Product Associate

Responsibilities:

• Manage ABP vs Actual targets-TCA wise for PAN India
• Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for upgrades and improvements
• Concept selling and drive new product/ application sales by generating inquiries (for Bag Filter, ESP, Scrubber and Water spares)
• Able to handle pre and post sales technical queries opportunities from new potential markets in India. (ESP And Water Spares)
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to achieve business targets. Conduct product lifecycle analysis, monitor demand trends, and support pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and service teams to ensure availability and quality of spares. (Enviro & Water)
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Engage in techno - commercial discussions with clients and channel partners
• Develop and generate business through identified customers, Channel associates, to get additional business.
  

Job Specifications:

• Desired Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Experience – 4–5 years of relevant experience in product management, sales support, or business development in water treatment, environment, or industrial equipment sector.
