We’re Hiring – Digitalization Product Associate!

Location: Chennai (Hindustan Boilers – Steam Division)

Work Mode: On-site (Office)

Are you a Mechanical Engineering fresher passionate about steam systems and industrial digitalization?

Join Hindustan Boilers, a leading name in industrial steam solutions across India, and kickstart your career at the intersection of engineering and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage dealer networks; support sales and business growth
• Demonstrate strong sales, networking, and interpersonal skills
• Plan, organize, and execute marketing and digitalization initiatives
• Engage in dealer development and management
• Support Salesforce CRM digitalization and project coordination
• Prepare Project Requirement Documents (PRDs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery
• Run and optimize digital campaigns (B2B)
• Create engaging sales pitch content tailored to customers
• Maintain knowledge of water & wastewater treatment systems, environmental solutions, and industrial spares
• Utilize MS Office and design tools like Canva/Photoshop (AI tools are a plus)
