Product Architect

Role Summary

Lead the architecture, design, and engineering of our rewards and voucher redemption platform. You’ll own critical modules like wallet services, voucher integrations, API‑first design, security, compliance, and platform scalability—shaping how corporates distribute digital rewards at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and build microservices for points wallet, voucher catalogue, redemption flow, and campaign pipelines
• Integrate with voucher aggregators, messaging APIs (SMS/Email/WhatsApp), HRMS/Analytics systems
• Ensure PCI-DSS, GDPR/privacy, and internal security best practices
• Lead dev team, define reusable components, enforce code standards
• Collaborate with PM and UX to deliver robust APIs and real-time systems under <2 sec latency

Ideal Experience

• 7+ years in SaaS/Fintech platforms (wallets, loyalty, voucher engines)
• Strong in Java/Kotlin, Node.js, Go, or similar backend stacks, plus React/Flutter for front-end
• Designed scalable systems (500k+ users), used microservices, message queues, caching
• Hands-on with relational & NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Knowledge of payments compliance in India (RBI e-gift rules, data localization)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹578,469.27 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
