Key Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize

  Workday Payroll, Absence & Time

  modules.
• Partner with global stakeholders to understand needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide second-line technical support for Workday-related queries.
• Drive initiatives for

  continuous improvement and system innovation

  .
• Support new rollouts, integrations, and cross-functional projects.
• Act as a

  Workday subject matter expert

  for process design, configuration, and training.

Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Workday configuration

  for Payroll, Absence & Time.
• Certification in Workday P, A & T preferred.
• Understanding of

  HR processes

  (joiner–mover–leaver cycle).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in

  global HR or People Technology teams

  .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
