Product Analyst

We are growing fast and looking for a Product Analyst who enjoys working with products, talking to customers, and turning ideas into action.

Responsibilities

• Product & Market Analysis:

  Support product planning and decision-making by conducting feature benchmarking, usage analysis, and competitor research.

• Customer Implementation:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product deployment at client sites, ensuring smooth onboarding and configuration.

• Client Interaction & Feedback Loops:

  Engage with clients to understand pain points, collect feedback, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.

• Data-Driven Insights:

  Analyze customer usage data, product adoption metrics, and performance reports to identify trends and opportunities.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

  Work hand-in-hand with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure user needs are effectively captured and prioritized.

Qualifications

• 2+ years

  of experience in product analysis, customer-facing roles.

• Technically curious

  and comfortable experimenting with AI tools and writing prompts. You won’t need to code, but you should enjoy figuring things out.
• Experience in BFSI domain is an advantage but not necessary
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from both qualitative and quantitative data.

• Comfortable speaking with clients and translating their feedback into product insights.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
