You’ll play a key role in designing features that span web apps, simulation flows, dashboards, and interactive tools. What You’ll Do Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences across web and product journeys — from simulations to dashboards to landing pages. Translate product goals and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs . Collaborate with the product and engineering team to implement design systems and reusable components . Conduct internal user testing and incorporate feedback into fast design iterations. Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability. What We’re Looking For 0–1 years of UI/UX design experience (internship/freelance/college projects welcome). Strong sense of visual hierarchy, layout, and modern UI trends. Ability to design clean, responsive interfaces for web and mobile. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD , or equivalent tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle end-to-end design tasks. Nice to Have Experience designing SaaS dashboards or B2B tools. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or design handoff processes.
