Role Overview

Prompt Engineer

Freshers are welcome

Key Responsibilities

• Design and iterate prompts that guide LLMs to simulate realistic user behavior in sales/support scenarios
• Evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, tone, and consistency
• Collaborate with product, UX, and training teams to translate use-cases into prompt structures
• Fine-tune or chain prompts for multi-turn interactions
• Create prompt templates for different industries, use-cases, and languages
• Maintain prompt libraries, test cases, and output benchmarks

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written communication and critical thinking
• Familiarity with GPT-4, Claude, or similar LLMs (via OpenAI Playground, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Practical understanding of few-shot, zero-shot, and chain-of-thought prompting
• Demonstrated interest in AI or NLP (certifications, online courses, or projects)
• High attention to detail and a “what could go wrong” mindset
• Bonus: Experience with tools like LangChain, PromptLayer, or prompt evaluation frameworks

Nice to Have (but Not Required):

• Understanding of customer service/sales processes
• Exposure to Python or JSON for prompt automation
• Knowledge of RAG or embeddings-based retrieval (a plus, not mandatory)
