QA Engineer

• Test new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for web-based SaaS applications
• Design and execute test cases covering functional, regression, and edge scenarios
• Simulate different customer environments and use-cases to ensure real-world readiness
• Work closely with product managers and developers to identify and resolve issues
• Document test results, create reproducible bug reports, and track fixes
• Continuously improve test coverage and efficiency

• 1–2 years of experience in QA/testing, preferably with SaaS products
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and processes
• Experience with manual testing (automation knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to think from an end-user perspective and spot edge cases
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
