Job Description

UI/UX Designer


Role & Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate product functionality and interactions.
  • Design modern, visually appealing dashboards and SaaS interfaces with a strong eye for aesthetics and usability.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
  • Ensure consistent application of design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines across the platform.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience based on feedback and product performance.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in SaaS or enterprise product environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS dashboard/product design work.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Excellent sense of visual design, typography, color, and layout.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and design validation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
