Role Overview

Customer Success Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Own post-sales customer lifecycle, from onboarding to adoption, expansion, and retention
• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, especially in BFSI and similar sectors
• Understand client goals and translate them into actionable plans on the Trovex platform
• Proactively identify adoption challenges and work with internal teams to resolve them
• Drive product engagement through ongoing support, check-ins, and training sessions
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to communicate feature requests and feedback
• Build strong, trusted relationships to drive renewals and upsell opportunities
• Track customer success metrics (NPS, usage, adoption rates) and report regularly

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 23 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client servicing in SaaS/enterprise tech
• Hands-on experience working with BFSI clients or other large enterprises is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms and implementation cycles
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Empathetic, process-driven, and obsessed with delivering customer value
