Role Description

You'll analyze user behavior and product performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Working with product managers, you'll help define key performance indicators and build dashboards to track product health. You'll conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand user needs and validate product hypotheses, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 0-1 years of experience in analytics, product analysis, or related field
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
• Basic understanding of statistical concepts and A/B testing methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data simply
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
