Job Description

About the Role

Work closely with the Product Manager on the full product lifecycle
Build and improve real-world B2B & B2C products
Gain hands-on exposure to discovery, execution, and analytics in a startup environment

What You’ll Do

Conduct market, competitor, and user research
Assist in user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
Help create user personas, journeys, and problem statements
Support PRDs, user stories, sprint planning, and releases
Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams
Track product metrics, funnels, and feature adoption
Prepare product updates and internal documentation

What We’re Looking For

Strong interest in Product Management
0–1 year experience (PM, Business Analyst, Consulting, or Tech roles)
User-centric and problem-solving mindset
Good communication skills
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Basic SQL knowledge (good to have)

Good to Have

Exposure to B2B / B2C products
Familiarity with JIRA, Notion, Figma, Google Analytics
Understanding of Agile / Scrum & SDLC
Startup or fast-paced environment experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
