Product Analyst

Job Brief

We seek a Product Analyst to join our dynamic team and help optimize our product offerings through data-driven insights and analyses. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical skills to drive product performance improvements and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze product performance metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize user experience.
Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and product opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing to align product features with customer expectations.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, or Power BI tools.
Support A/B testing efforts, track results, and recommend enhancements to improve product performance.
Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a fintech or technology environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Python, Power BI).
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Prior experience in the financial services or fintech domain.
