Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst at Binary Semantics, you will play a crucial role in the BFSI domain, focusing on the Insurance sector. You will utilize your expertise in business analysis methodologies and strong experience as a Business Analyst/Business Consultant to contribute to enterprise-level projects. Your responsibilities will include requirement gathering and analysis, translating business requirements into product-specific designs, and supporting the Business Development Teams with pre-sales activities. Your communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize 5+ years of experience in the BFSI domain, with a strong focus on Insurance. - Apply expertise in business analysis methodologies to drive successful project outcomes. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both oral and written) for effective collaboration. - Possess basic knowledge of Architecture principles and appreciation of technologies like Mainframe, Cloud, and Automation. - Work with Agile, waterfall, and SDLC models in project engagements. - Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as MS Visio and Excel for creating process flow diagrams, approach documents, and NFR documents. - Implement 3rd party integrations and contribute to enterprise-level projects. - Exhibit strong documentation and interpersonal skills. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) and an MBA. - 5+ years of experience in the BFSI domain, preferably in the Insurance sector. - Proficiency in requirement gathering and analysis. - Experience in translating business requirements into product-specific designs and detailed Requirement Definitions/Use Cases. - Pre-sales experience supporting Business Development Teams. - Working knowledge of SQL commands will be preferred.
