Procurement Specialist

As a Procurement Specialist at our Indore office, you will play a crucial role in optimizing processes, negotiating contracts, sourcing software, managing vendors, and maintaining the centralized contract repository to drive efficiency and cost savings. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with streamlining procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs - Work on agreements with a variety of vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing - Identify and source software that aligns with the company's strategic objectives - Evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors to ensure they meet the company's standards and requirements - Act as the primary point of contact for all procurement-related inquiries and proactively communicate with stakeholders - Update and maintain the centralized contract repository Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company - Experience with an IT ticketing system - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills - Analytical mindset with a focus on cost-saving strategies - Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate cross-functionally - Knowledge of SaaS subscriptions and their sales cycles - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management - Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions for enhanced performance and efficiencies Please note that this role is based in our Indore office with a five-day workweek.,
