Even as a 2-year-old company, we have been profitable with a scale of $5M annualised revenue Note from Hiring Manager: Hi, I'm Prakhar and I'm looking for driven individuals who are excited by the idea of solving real world challenges in the Ecommerce, Retail and home interiors industry. I'm super excited to find someone to collaborate with me directly on my most important projects largely focussing on warehousing, stock management, inventory forecasting, delivery management, and execute them to fruition; offering a dynamic and engaging work experience. In this role, you'll be involved in 20% Strategic initiatives, 20% Data-based Planning, 60% direct on-ground operations; and will have 100% ownership of the problem statements you tackle - perfect for candidates seeking accelerated growth by contributing to both strategic planning and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with Category, Marketing, and Design teams to forecast demand across product categories while building a resilient and responsive procurement plans to ensure best in class fulfilment rates. Key Partnerships: Co-develop fulfilment strategy with service providers to ensure best in class lead times and quality through tight vendor collaboration and audits while building long-term partnerships with suppliers who can scale with growing customer expectations Warehousing : Strategize, plan, and execute optimal warehouse management all the way from set up to effective inflow and outflow strategies in coordination with financial principles You’re a good fit for this only if...
