Shift : 6.30 PM to 3.30AM

Work Model : Mon-Fri from Office

• We are seeking a

  Procurement Operations professional

  with

  34 years of experience

  in

  PR to PO creation

  and related procurement processes.
• Availability to join

  immediately or within 30 days

  .

• Vendor Management:

  Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers for timely delivery and competitive pricing.

• Follow-up & Coordination:

  Regular follow-up with suppliers for order confirmation, dispatch status, and resolving delivery or quality issues.

• Tracking & Distribution:

  Monitor order status, track material movement, and ensure accurate and timely distribution to internal departments.

• Negotiation Skills:

  Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and efficiency.

• Documentation & Compliance:

  Ensure all procurement-related documents are accurate, updated, and in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

• Excel Proficiency:

  Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, dashboards, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.

• Communication & Coordination:

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams (Finance, Logistics, Operations, etc.).

• Additional Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP).
• Basic understanding of inventory and material management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge on Dashboard preparation through Power BI would be plus.
