Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles. The role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services.

Recruitment Portal

• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and selecting reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Collect and compare quotations to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Raise purchase orders and track them until timely delivery.
• Maintain and update procurement records, documents, and vendor databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand material/service requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery timelines, and pending items.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards.
• Support negotiations for pricing, terms, and service-level agreements.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment planning.
• Resolve procurement-related issues and escalate when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain (freshers can apply).
• Basic understanding of purchasing processes and vendor management.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
