Position Overview The B2B – Sales ( Karnataka ) will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth across Karnataka by building strong client relationships, developing multiple B2B channels, and ensuring revenue achievement. The role includes managing a sales team, monitoring leads, coordinating with the CRM Manager for quotations and project designs, updating lead status in the CRM system, and supporting the Branch Sales Manager in achieving both individual and team sales targets . The role reports to the Branch Sales Manager – Karnataka from the Bangalore branch. Key Responsibilities 1. B2B Sales & Revenue Achievement Drive sales through all B2B channels : o Corporates & Business Groups o Educational Institutions (Schools, Colleges, Universities, Academies) o Government Projects (Sports Authorities, Public Sector, Municipal Bodies) o Channel Partners, Dealers & Contractors o Architects & Consultants o Sports Clubs, Gyms, and Associations Achieve individual B2B sales targets as assigned by the Branch Sales Manager. Support the Branch Sales Manager in achieving overall team targets . Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities to expand market presence. 2. Team Management & Support Supervise and mentor sales executives handling B2B clients. Monitor team performance, allocate B2B sales targets, and ensure execution. Conduct regular reviews, training, and coaching to improve productivity. Escalate challenges and support the Branch Sales Manager in team development. CRM & Lead Monitoring Ensure accurate updating of leads and opportunities in the CRM system. Monitor lead status, conversion ratios, and pipeline progress.
