Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a proactive professional to manage order-based planning and procurement coordination. This role is key to ensuring timely material availability by working closely with channel partners, suppliers, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan material requirements based on confirmed customer orders
• Create and release Purchase Orders to channel partners and suppliers
• Track dispatch status and material acceptance / delivery dates
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries
• Coordinate internally to support smooth order execution
• Maintain accurate order and procurement records in ERP/systems

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years experience in procurement, order coordination, or supply planning
• Exposure to channel partner or distributor-based operations
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills
• Engineering or supply chain background preferred
