Job Type:

AppsTech Solution looking for Procurement Specialist / Executive - Information Technology (IT) to work from Ahmedabad (Gujarat) office. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field 
• Diploma / BSc – IT / MSc – IT  

Role Description

• Engaging with customer IT and procurement stakeholders to thoroughly understand their requirements. 
• Collaborate with the Internal Technical Solution team to conduct technical validation and advance to the pricing stage. 
• Staying up-to-date with IT market trends and technologies 
• Evaluating technical specifications and vendor solutions capabilities for unique operational needs of each industry. 
• Identifying and assessing OEMs, authorized distributors, and verified suppliers to ensure reliability and quality across the supply chain. 
• Managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to develop technically sound Bills of Quantity (BOQ) aligned with the customer's operational requirements from OEM.  
• Leading contract and pricing negotiations to develop a competitive commercial proposal aligned with customer expectations, with the objective of securing the order. 
• Coordinating with legal and finance teams for Maintaining accurate contract records 
• Coordinating with IT vendors and service providers for timely delivery of IT goods and services

• Good communication skills (Verbal / Email) and ability to converse fluently in English, Gujarati Hindi  
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 
• Excellent customer serving & Relation building skills.  
• IT knowledge (Hardware – Firewall, Server, Storage, Switching & Networking)
