About the Role

Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Source and procure a wide variety of
mobile phone covers
(silicone, rugged, designer, transparent, etc.) from reliable suppliers in China.
Build and manage supplier network using
WeChat
and other platforms.
Negotiate pricing, MOQ, and contracts to ensure best cost and quality.
Oversee import process, shipping, and timely deliveries.
Track market trends in mobile accessories to identify new cover designs and demand.
Work closely with sales/marketing teams to align procurement with customer preferences.
Ensure product quality standards and compliance with import regulations.

Requirements

3+ years of procurement experience in
mobile phone accessories/phone covers niche
.
Strong supplier connections in China (WeChat must).
Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of import documentation, customs, and logistics.
Strong communication skills in English/Hindi (Mandarin is a plus).
Ability to handle multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.
