Product Listing Expert – Shopify

About the Role:

Listing Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage 

  product listings

   on Shopify with speed and accuracy.
• Write 

  SEO-friendly titles & descriptions

   for better visibility and conversions.
• Handle 

  bulk uploads

   using CSV files with correct variants, SKUs, tags, etc.
• Track and update 

  stock in/stock out

   regularly as per inventory reports.
• Maintain listing quality and ensure all product data is complete and error-free.
• Coordinate with inventory, design, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
• Audit and optimise existing listings for better performance.

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of experience in 

  Shopify product listing & inventory coordination

  .
• Fast typing speed and excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written English and understanding of product SEO.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and Shopify backend.
• Experience in the mobile accessories category is a plus.
