Procurement & Partner Operations Manager

As a Procurement Analyst, your role will involve providing Partner-facing licensing solutions and being a subject matter expert in Volume Licensing concepts and processes. Here is a summary of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** - The Partner Operations Manager will offer direct, front line transactional support for Partners Field sellers and their customers, focusing on contracting, order management, pipeline management, billing execution, and Partner service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the validation and execution of agreements and post sales lifecycle transactions for accurate downstream financial processes. - Maintain critical deal lists monthly and quarterly in alignment with Sales and key stakeholders. - Ensure accurate and compliant order and invoice approval and dispatch for optimal cash flow. - Orchestrate Finance exception approvals on high-value credits and execute associated rebills. - Act as the primary point of contact for all operational Partner service inquiries, concerns, and issues. - Oversee Partner service team operations to uphold quality standards and monitor metrics for improvement. - Handle escalated Partner service issues and complaints professionally and efficiently. - Develop and implement processes to streamline Partner service operations and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. - Drive consistency in processes, capabilities, and services to meet performance expectations and provide operational solutions across a portfolio of accounts. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Finance, or related field with work experience in operations, program management, or process management. - 4+ years of work experience in contracting, order management, pipeline management, and billing execution with a focus on financial accuracy, compliance, and risk management. - 2+ years of expertise in contract validation, pipeline management, credit approval, and billing management with strong capabilities in Partner service, stakeholder engagement, process optimization, and operations excellence. - Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, using KPIs to monitor performance, and fluency in English for verbal and written communication. - Work hybrid requirement includes on-site presence a minimum of 3 days per week. **Preferred Qualifications:** - 2+ years of experience in Partner service operations, managing escalations, improving service metrics, and implementing process improvements. - Experience in similar industry Business Value deal constructions and licensing concepts. - Experience providing direct support for Volume Licensing sales and support life cycle.
